I have over two decades of experience working at a large, multi-national company. During this time, I built a versatile set of skills that I am excited to use to help future clients catalyze organization wide improvements. My focus is on helping companies strategically align their people, processes, and tools to successfully adopt transformational changes.

These changes can range from setting up a brand new set of capabilities to radically changing an existing organization or company culture. I can also help companies put a foundation in place to allow their organizations to continuously improve.

How do I do this? Well, simply put, I like to operate at the intersection of theory and practical application. I enjoy learning about the “why” behind different frameworks, as well as keeping up with emerging trends. I then take those learnings and apply them to real world problems and situations. My goal is to help teams develop and implement an adaptable, light weight set of best practices that are focused on results as well as stakeholder needs.

From a skillset perspective, I have years of experience in Program Management (Waterfall), Agile Coaching, Change Management (Prosci Certified), as well as Business Process Management.

My functional areas of expertise include Generative AI, Human Resources (including Corporate Training / Communications / Organizational Design), Supply Chain Management, and Information Security.
